Growing Conditions
Canella Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Millesimato is made from 100% Glera grapes cultivated in the hilly area of Vadobbiadene and is the result of the best grape selection of the vintage.
Winemaking
Made using the Charmat method, this Brut has a residual sugar of 10 g/L. This is our most modern and international Prosecco.
Appearance
It is straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage.
