This wine is named after who gave birth to our company, after leaving the certainties of a life’s craft to give his son Giuseppe the opportunity to trace his own path, and create the Santa Eurosia winery.

The "Costante" aims to be the highest expression of our work and the territory where we live, a Valdobbiadene DOCG in its most iconic version: Extra Dry.

Only a restricted amount of grape is used for this sparkling wine, produced in a limited-edition of numbered bottles.
