Sorelle BroncaValdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Particella 181 Brut Rive di Rua

Particella 181 shows in every glass its long wait to be ready, but above all it tells you about the strength and potential of our first family vineyard, located in Rua di Feletto. It has marl mixed with clay soil with the prescense of iron (Ferreti) which gives it flavour and a fantastic persistence in the palate. It is produced with a long Martinotti method and ages on the lees for about six months.

The Particella 68 is our first single vineyard and has been a family property for a long time, just a few steps from the winery. From this small cru, the project of Le Particelle was born. With the support of the oenologist Federico Giotto, we discovered Colbertaldo’s terroir, which develops between 150 and 200 meters a.s.l. Thanks to its calcareous soil, southeast exposure, and temperature range give a unique, elegant, and creamy expression, with intense notes of apple and acacia flowers and gentle on the palate.

This sparkling wine on the lees is the purest expression of culture and terroir , where sensitivity and the skilful hand of man replace technology. Grapes from old vines in the high hills give the wine a slight mineral sensation. The wine is obtained through a re-fermentation in the bottle, according to the classic method, but without disgorging, so its yeasts remain at the bottom of the bottle. The natural yeast present is a sign of authenticity and healthiness.

Sorelle BroncaValdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Particella 232 Extra Brut Rive di Farrò

It is our second single vineyard, and is located in the village of Farrò di Follina. This area has clayey soil, and is between 270 and 310 meters a.s.l. The Particella 232 shows the rebel and elegant expression of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG, as an Extra Brut style, goes against the trend of the classic sweetness this sparkling wine is traditionally produced in the area. Its rebellion has been rewarded, and its honesty recounts the identity of the territory.
