A brief history

The Valdobbiadene, terradavino for unanimous recognition constitutes, together with the nearby Conegliano, the epicenter of the Prosecco phenomenon. Here, in fact, between the Venetian Pre-Alps and the Piave, in the course of a tragic and frenetic century like the twentieth century, the culture of Prosecco, indeed, the specialization of Prosecco, has been affirming. Conegliano with its academies and the oenological school has contributed in the scientific part to enhance the qualities of Valdobbiadenese viticulture. Its multiform hills where a sea of vineyards lies, dotted here and there with solitary farmhouses, are of glacial origin and conceal in their underground casket a mineralogical complexity that transmits that unique and unrepeatable stamp to the grapes. The rest is the work of the sun, wind and rain. And I work, a lot of work on the tiring hills with the commitment and love that befits the keepers of a true natural treasure. And the commitment to ensure that our wine brings joy never runs out. Day by day the rows, which run anarchists among the hills, continue to write this beautiful story that we like the owner of "The invention of joy".

THE SEASONS OF VADOBBIADENE
The autumn gold of the vines is the result of the work of the seasons and the tenacious constancy of the winemakers. Winter with its short days and long evenings from the crisp cold when the vineyard lies down under the snow waiting for the first timid spring warmth with its delicate blooms prelude to the cheeky greenery and the sun that beats like a mallet in the endless days in summer to flood the senigrappoli of the vines with succulent sugars to blissfully fall towards the sacred rite of the harvest when the harvest inflicts devastation on the vines which then abandon themselves to a good winter sleep to regenerate and repeat the same story year after year with renewed vigor and with endless promises of joy.
