Terre Di San Venanzio
A brief history
Born in 2007 from the passion and experience of Gabriele Gregolo and Monica Ganz, the Terre di San Venanzio Fortunato winery takes its name from the homonymous poet San Venanzio Fortunato, born in Valdobbiadene in late Latin, who left some magnificent texts on the cultivation of the vine and on wine.
Inspired by the figure of San Venanzio Fortunato, our winery was created to evoke and recall the values and ties to our lands, just as the poet did. Our wine is thus our poetry, the praise to the territory of Valdobbiadene, to our culture, to the charm of an ancient craft that, day by day, we are lucky enough to live and pass on.
The processing of our Terre di San Venanzio Fortunato wine requires a very strict temperature control of the Prosecco in all its production phases, in order to preserve the typical aromas of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore and a long racking protocol for an absolutely natural decantation of the wine. .
