Nose
Hints of apple and pear with notes of grapefruit and tropical fruits.
There are floral fragrances such as wisteria and acacia
Palate
Full and savory, long and persistent aftertaste. Nice minerality.
Great pleasure and elegance, also due to a three months autoclave processing.
Appearance
Straw yellow with greenish reflections; intense and persistent perlage with a creamy and enveloping foam.
Food Pairing
Due to the reduced residual sugar, Asolo Docg Extra Brut is an excellent aperitif but is also ideal for the whole meal, especially with fish and shellfish. Among the recommended combinations: steamed prawn cocktail, linguine with seafood, fried fish with vegetables, fried schie with polenta, tuna carpaccio with pink pepper.
