A brief history

The vineyards owned by the Vigne Savie company are entirely part of the exclusive Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG area and the highly prized Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Docg area . It is a difficult land to work with its high hillside vineyards with steep slopes, where it is difficult even to stand without falling. Precisely for the uniqueness of these places, the Prosecco di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills in 2019 were recognized as a Unesco World Heritage Site ; recognition that makes us the proud inhabitants of a territory that from today deserves even more our commitment to its protection and conservation.

Wine obtained from Glera grapes, with the charmat method, of reduced production to excellent quality, collected in the exclusive and limited area of the DOCG Cartizze, where the composition of the soil combined with the particular exposure to sunlight, give delicate and fruity aromas, of remarkable harmony . It has a clear and brilliant straw yellow color with a persistent froth, and a minute perlage. Its flavor is deliciously fine, full and sweet. Harmony and aroma make this wine a great sparkling wine that goes well with fruit and pastries.
