It represents a niche sparkling wine, the production of which is limited and the bottles are numbered. The production comes from a vineyard in the hills, also known as “riva”, which has always been worked by hand, where there are numerous dated plants of Glera and also Boschera and Perera (old native vines). The result is a lower quantitative yield per hectare compared to the other vineyards, the organoleptic and qualitative characteristics are enriched. By the glass we find an extremely dry, determined and essential wine with marked notes of pear and almond wrapped in a soft perlage.
