Growing Conditions

Ogliano di Conegliano, DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, Rive di
Ogliano vineyard. Estate Grown.

- Soil Type: Consist mainly of limestone, clay, dry and shallow.

- Vine Training System: Organic fertilisers. No treatment with chemical and animal by
products. Vine training system in accordance with organic production.

- Planting Density: 2,500 – 3,500 plants/HA.

Harvest

10 september / 10 october. Grapes selection and manual harvesting.

- Yield: 130 q/HA

Winemaking

Slight pressing with pneumatic press. Static decanting of must.
Temperature controlled fermentation (17-19°C) with selected yeasts.

Martinotti. Fining: more than 3 months.
