Nose

Reveals intense fruity aroma with notes of apple and pear. Distinguished for its freshness and intensity with nuances of or white acacia flowers.

Palate

The taste is soft and persuasive. Appealing in harmony and persistence, its flavour and aftertaste leaves the palate “fresh” and ready for further tasting of the wine.

- SOIL CHARACTERISTICS: land with moraine origins. Deep, clay-rich, heavy.

- TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot / Double inverted 3.300 strains/Ha

Harvest

By hand in September.

Winemaking

50% cryomaceration of pressed grapes for 18 hours a 6 °C, 50% pressing whole grapes.

Maturation in steel.

Charmat method with at least 45 days of foaming.


Appearance

Brilliant straw-yellow, fine and persistent perlage.

Food Pairing

Due to persistence and taste (considering the production zone) goes best from the beginning of a meal to the end with fish based dishes, poultry and as an aperitif at any time of the day.
