This Prosecco is characterized by a very light straw-yellow colour and a minute and persistent bead. It is intensely fruity and floral to the nose, with persistent and fine scents reminiscent of ripe fruit (golden apple, mainly) and wisteria flowers. It is agreeable and caressing, pleasantly fresh and with a very balanced body; it is harmonious, with intense and persistent aromas and a decidedly fruity finish. It’s a typical dessert or end of meal wine, but it’s also perfect with certain cheeses and delicate liver pâtés.
