Canago Brut: Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
Canago is the old name of the area in which we are. We can find it also in the Conegliano community territory’s description of 1291 (Villa et Regula de Canago de Feleto). Precisely to this territory kindness’ gratitude we have wanted to give the wine’s name.

Food Pairing
It is characterised by vegetal tones of citrus fruit and it has got a fine and persistent perlage. It is supposed to be eaten in meals, like it is used to do in the zone of production and it is typically associated with boiled, white meat, fish and vegetables.
