Growing Conditions

This sparkling wine is produced exclusively in a very small area, a vineyard measuring around 106 hectares in the town of Valdobbiadene. As the soil is made up of moraine, sandstone and clay, and due to the favourable microclimate, Prosecco DOCG is able to achieve its full potential and finesse.

This wine takes its name from the geographical area where it is produced, named Cartizze. This is why its exact name is “Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene DOCG di Cartizze”.
