The grapes that create this sparkling wine come from the fantastic hills overlooking Valdobbiadene, in the version that best enhances the typical characteristics of Prosecco. A soft and round, fresh and balanced product, capable of telling the typology in a version of rare elegance. Last week of September at peak ripening, manual harvest. This procedure brings out the aromatic fruity features of the original vine.


Soft pressing and fermentation at 18°C controlled temperature. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks – Charmat method. This product symbolizes the value of tradition, expressed by the sparkling character of the wine.
