Nose

On the nose, a complexity of inviting and intense
aromas is perceived, from apple to pear, apricot
to citrus, yellow rose to acacia blossom, and in the
hottest years there is a pleasant final note of almonds.

Palate

The flavour is pleasantly round, with good sapidity.

The family's vineyards on the hills in the Cartizze area at the base of Monte Cesen

- Training system: Cappuccina, double Guyot

Winemaking

- Grapes variety: Glera and local biotypes

- Vinification: soft pressing and static decantation in stainless steel

- First fermentation: at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts

- Ageing in tank: 180 days

- Sparkling process: Charmat Method

- Ageing in bottle: from 30 to 120 days

- Sugar content: 24 - 26 g/l

- Total acidity: 5,20 - 5,60 g/l

Appearance

Bright straw yellow colour with tinges of green. Creamy and full foam, fine and pleasantly persistent perlage.
