Nose
The scent reminds of fruits, of apples, of pears, with an inkling of citrus that vanishes into a floreal one.
Palate
It is smooth on the palate and at the same time dry thanks to a lively acidity.
Growing Conditions
This is the most classical Prosecco Superiore wine. The denomination DOCG represents the top quality in the Prosecco world, because it is realised only with grapes grown in the historical and controlled by the Consorzio di Tutela Conegliano-Valdobbiadene (Consortium of Protection Conegliano-Valdobbiadene) area: this consortium watches over the production quality.

Bottling
To guarantee the brand DOCG the state mark has been numbered and this allows in every moment the traceability by the consumer of every bottle of wine produced.
Winemaking
Soft pressing of the grapes and must fermentation at low temperatures in order to maintain the floreal and fruits features
Refermentation inside autoclave at 15/16°C (Charmat's method)

Appearance
Its colour is a brilliant straw yellow with green reflects, with delicate perlage.
Food Pairing
The Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry wine is the undisputed King of the aperitif. Light, exuberant, fruity and simple to drink, it is perfect to accompany toasts during party occasions and also to have a daily moment of pleasure, maybe with friends.
Perfect as aperitif, it is ideal when served at 8- 10° C, with pulses soup and see fruits, pasta with delicates meat sauces, fresh cheeses, white meat, fish and dry desserts.
