La TorderaCartizze Valdobbiadene DOCG Dry

La Tordera Cartizze is the history of the company in a glass. it is exactly in the Cartizze Hill where the Great Gran Father Beppi Vettoretti planted the first vines in 1918. Now the fourth generation of vettoretti Family is growing the same vines. Intense, fine and elegant, it recalls the sensation of ripe apple and pear, it perfectly matches with short-crust pastry garnished with almonds.

It has a good harmony between a hint of sweetness and acidity, which together with a light tanginess characterize this firm wine. The pleasant fruity aftertaste is pleasant. Perfect with Seafood and green asparagus tip risotto, Scallops wrapped with Sauris prosciutto and seared in the oven, Stewed pancetta bites and prunes lightly cooked in the oven.

Its name is that of the historical owner, “Cavalier” Tittoni who, after the destruction of his spinning mill during WWI, donated all his land to the nursery school of Vidor. These very steep vineyards (which aquired the special mention Rive) have been cultivated by the Vettoretti family for 70 years. Intense and noble, it recalls the complexity of the aroma and hints of fruit, try it with gilthead seabream with pink grapefruit, Baby sirloin with milk or Tuna tartare with thyme and thyme oil.

La TorderaBrunei Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut

The Brunei area gets its name from an antique location cultivated with Prunus, latin name for prune. It recalls the aroma of green apples, is fresh and its harmony has a significant persistence given by the lively acidity. Great with Seafood risotto, “Mojito Scampi” (raw scampi dressed with lime oil and mint). Thanks to its complete personality it is also an excellent sparkling wine to toast with.

La TorderaOtreval Valdobbiadene DOCG Rive di Guia Extra Brut Zero Zuccheri

Otreval comes from a single vineyards, situated in the Rive (literally Hills) of Guia di Valdobbiadene, 300 m asl. The altitude, the very steep hill, terroir and exposure allow us to have high qualitative grapes that we can transform into a 0 sugar sparkling Valdobbiadene DOCG with a 6 month-long Charmat Method. Intense and well-structured with a pleasant acidy freshness. Excellent correspondence between the olfactory and retro-olfactory sensations. Excellent with fish, in particular with simple recipes where the taste of the fish is enhanced.
