Growing Conditions

Dedicated to our grandpa Gerardo, who took care of his Rive vineyards placed in steep grounds with lots of
passion and devotion, “… reminding us the times of our childhood when we run to hug him and he proudly
showed us the grapes shining under September sunrays, giving us his unforgettable smile, a precious gift
that is still in our memory ...”
Gerardo Rive di Santo Stefano, was born in Santo Stefano vineyards, in the very heart of Conegliano
Valdobbiadene DOCG’ s production.


From middle of September to middle of October


Soft pressing of the grapes followed by a controlled temperature fermentation of the juice.
Foaming happens through Charmat Method, the secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled pressure and temperature.

- Bottle pressure: 4,5 atm


It is characterized by the typical straw yellow colour and has citrus –
green yeast. The creamy perlage ensures a long persistence .

Food Pairing

It matches with well prepared fish and vegetable antipasti, seafood dishes, also baked.
