Nose
The bouquet is delicate and lightly aromatic with an
elegant complexity reminiscent of golden apples. With
hints of wild flowers, the flavour is intense, dry and
fresh.

Growing Conditions
The fresh mountain air from the San Boldo pass
comes down to our vineyards and slows down the
ripening process. This gives the grapes an acerbic
quality that makes them ideal for producing Brut.
Winemaking
Off skins using soft pressure with a maximum yield of 70%
Charmat Method (autoclave)
- PRESSURE 4,8 - 5,2 atm.
Appearance
This wine has a fine and persistent perlage. Bright pale straw yellow.
