Growing Conditions

The fresh mountain air from the San Boldo pass
comes down to our vineyards and slows down the
ripening process. This gives the grapes an acerbic
quality that makes them ideal for producing Brut.

This wine has a fine and persistent perlage. Bright pale straw yellow.
