Growing Conditions
The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG embodies the excellence of the Glera vine cultivated on the steep slopes of the hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the area of Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin (DOCG).
Bottling
It is kept in a new prestigious bottle that blends transparency and form, lights and shadows, reinterpreting the tradition of Venetian glass masters in a contemporary key. Thus was born an object with an intrinsic value, capable of enhancing this unique and fresh sparkling wine.
Winemaking
The carefully selected grapes are gently pressed, to extract only the cream of the must. This is followed by the first white fermentation in steel tanks and the sparkling process in autoclave according to the Charmat method.

- SUGAR CONTENT: 9 - 12 g/l.
