A good sour hue with a fresh taste, good body, pleasant to the palate, harmonic with an aftertaste that recalls citrus hues.
For the production of our DOCG we select only high-quality Glera grapes that come from the Valdobbiadene and Conegliano region.
Unique in their fragrance and aromas, our grapes are carefully selected by hand and brought to the Cantina as quickly as possible so as to not compromise the integrity of the fruit.
Traditional wine-making process with the primary fermentation occurring at a controlled temperature with selected yeast. The second fermentation (sparkling process) is done with Charmat method for 2-3 months.
Pale yellow with greenish hues.
Excellent as an aperitif or for the whole meal with fish dishes or light starters.
