This wine is a sparkling straw yellow filled with light greenish hues enlivened by a fine, elegant and persistent perlage. The aromatic profile is fragrant tending towards fresh aromas of summer pears alongside delicate notes of white flower petals and wild herbs. On the palate the structure has a confident balance and crystalline zest alongside a delicate mineral note. In the mouth it is soft with a long finish bringing back the pleasant citrus tones encountered in the aroma.

It has a soft pink colour reminiscent of peach flowers. Abundant foam and lively, fine perlage. On the nose the typical aromatic notes of the Glera grape are enriched with very delicate and fresh scents of brambly fruits, such as redcurrant and raspberry. The bouquet of white flowers and berry fruit is finally enveloped by a very pleasant balsamic note of fresh rosemary leaves. On the palate every sip is bursting with life, with the very pleasant freshness, flavour and full-bodied structure of Pinot Noir. The finish is long and complex and perfectly matches the aromas. Harmonious and elegant, with a long and silky finish.

Straw yellow in colour with a fine and persistent foam. In the mouth it is broad and fruity with hints of yellow apple, peach and acacia flower with a bouquet framed by delicate and fresh shades of pink grapefruit. It unites balance and delicacy with highly refined aromatic notes. In the mouth it is harmonious and elegant with a pleasing fullness and persistence.

It has good aromatic intensity ranging from fruity notes of apple to white acacia flower. The bouquet has a refined elegance while in the mouth it is dry, fresh and pleasantly lean with an agreeably subtle fizz. It has a confident freshness which invigorates the structure of the wine and its fruity finish. Giall’Oro has a bright cleanness and persistent fineness that endow it with great elegance.
