Growing Conditions

The surface layer of the soil is rich in organic substances, silt and sand of
yellowish-brown color with black shades. The ideal and favorable pedoclimatic conditions enrich the Rive di Rolle Extra Brut with fragrant fruity and mineral notes.

Appearance

Straw yellow color marked, bright and crystalline. A Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superior in the “extra brut” version with an energetic and dense perlage, creamy and elegant foam.
