Wine in straw-yellow colour and persistent perlage. Fruity and flowery aromas, with generous notes of golden apple and wisteria flowers. Fresh and harmonious, best served with sweet cheese or delicate patés.
Due to the particular nature of this type of vineyard, Prosecco Tranquillo is yielded only from a small part of the harvest, made of ripe clusters produced in a very small number in the plant cordons. Easily adaptable to every type of food, it gives its best as complement to risotto or cold cuts.
