Nose
The bouquet is fresh and fruity with notes of apple and acacia flower.

With good structure, the flavour is full and sapid.
Growing Conditions
Glera (formerly known as Prosecco) grown in the Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. zone.
Winemaking
Whole berries fermented off the skins under soft pressure.
Second fermentation (or spumantizzazione)) in the autoclave under controlled temperature (known as the “Charmat” method or “Italian method”).
