Growing Conditions

We respect this magnificent area of ​​cultural and oenogastronomic tourism and we value it by producing according to the criteria of sustainable and organic agriculture in the hills, that make the work of man heroic but that give the wine the authenticity of a unique land. Our "Stefany" born in 1994 whose name is dedicated to the second child of Settimo Pizzolato, one of the very first producers of organic wines with more than 30 years of experience.

Winemaking

The DOCG Spumante Conegliano Valdobbiadene Organic and Vegan certified Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is the result of the enhancement of a territory historically suited to winemaking.

An organic sparkling wine that, today, in its new bottle is part of the precious "Collection Line" together with Frederik, the Family Collection and Valdobbiadene Brut.

The grapes are pressed and the obtained must is left to decant. Selected yeasts are added to the fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 14° C. After preparation of the base wine, it is included a second fermentation in steel tanks until to obtain an internal pressure greater than 4.5 atm.

Appearance

Straw yellow with greenish and brilliant hues. Light and elegant perlage.

Food Pairing

It is excellent to accompany desserts and fruit and it is ideal to offer during an aperitif.
