Winemaking
On-skin maceration and soft pressing; the must obtained is placed directly in an autoclave for about 60 days, after which the wine rests for about 120 days on its own yeasts.
Appearance
Straw yellow colour; creamy and brilliant foam; silky perlage with a texture of fine bubbles.
