Hints of the primary characteristics of the Glera grape which then transform with clear notes of golden apple
followed by pear, peach, citrus, wisteria and flower scents.

Its palate is harmonious and balanced with good persistence and a very graceful bubble. Its acidity is well
balanced by the residual sugar typical of the extra-dry.

The Glera grapes are harvested by hand in small crates and are then pressed immediately.

Each vintage has a particular ripening curve, so it is essential to identify the moment in which there is a perfect balance between acidity and sugar.
