Nose
Hints of the primary characteristics of the Glera grape which then transform with clear notes of golden apple
followed by pear, peach, citrus, wisteria and flower scents.
Palate
Its palate is harmonious and balanced with good persistence and a very graceful bubble. Its acidity is well
balanced by the residual sugar typical of the extra-dry.
Harvest
The Glera grapes are harvested by hand in small crates and are then pressed immediately.
Winemaking
Each vintage has a particular ripening curve, so it is essential to identify the moment in which there is a perfect balance between acidity and sugar.
Appearance
Straw yellow in colour with fine beading.
Food Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif in general. It goes well with savoury starters of both meat and fish. Excellent accompaniment to shellfish, crustaceans or grilled fish. Also recommended with grilled white meat.
