Nose

Harvest

Yield per hectare: 150 quintals Harvest period: 15-20 September

Winemaking

Vinification: the clusters are given the classic, extremely gentle pressing; the juice is gravity-settled then fermented for 6-8 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 17-18°C. The wine then matures sur lie.
The wine then receives its effervescence through the Martinotti-Charmat method, up to an internal pressure of 1.8 atmospheres.

Appearance

It appears straw yellow with subtle, greenish highlights.

Food Pairing

The vibrancy and delicious appeal of this Verdiso makes it the perfect aperitif wine, but it is a striking partner to an array of preparations of freshwater fish, summertime savoury pies, and fresh cheeses.
