Nose

The classic version of Valdobbiadene DOCG. Immediate and prolonged on the nose, the aromatic perception is facilitated by a medium sugar residue. White peach and ripe apple are the main fruit descriptors, while acacia flowers and dog rose are the floral ones.

Palate

Fruity and floreal. Semi-sweet on the palate in a perfect balance between residual sugar and acidity. Fruity flavours such as ripe apple and white peach with blossom floreal notes. The plesant acidity helps the sip that is every time more plesant.

On the palate the modest residual sugar blends delicately with the acid and saline part, transmitting a persistent harmonic and prolonged velvety sensation that invites continuous drinking.
