On the palate it is dry with a pleasant freshness that recalls the drink, the perlage is reconfirmed fine and delicate. The wine is balanced with a nice final persistence.

Aging in steel tanks
for at least 4 months.

in contact with its own yeasts (autolysis), which
promotes a release of mannoproteins.
