Nose

Palate

On the palate we find an optimal balance between residual sugar and acidity, which bring out a soft, fine bubble that gives the sparkling wine an emotionally satisfying finish.

The fine, soft and non-invasive bubbles create a sparkling wine with a finish that gives emotions.

Growing Conditions

It is a production of a single vineyard, in particular the hamlet of Guia di Valdobbiadene, which due to its climatic and soil characteristics is more suitable for the production of this wine.

Winemaking

The first vinification is the classic one, with the wine remaining to rest on the lees until the beginning of the year after the harvest. After this period the wine is loaded into the autoclave for the fermentation and then resting on the lees. This period lasts on average 100 days, to allow the bubble to soften and the residual sugar to balance well with the acidity.
The Dry type was chosen to balance the excellent acidity of this wine with the origin of the vineyard in question. The nose of this Valdobbiadene DOCG is an explosion of white flowers and ripe fruit. In the mouth we find an optimal balance between the residual sugar and acidity, which make this wine fresh, suitable for all occasions. The fine bubbles make it soft, non-invasive and gives the sparkling wine a finish that
gives emotions.

VINIFICATION: in white by soft pressing
PRIMARY FERMENTATION: at controlled temperature and with selected yeasts.
SPUMANTIZZAZIONE: in autoclave with Charmat or Martinotti method to allow the bubble to soften and the residual sugar to balance well with the acidity.

Food Pairing

A wine suitable for any occasion, at the end of a meal paired with dry desserts, but also with parfaits or mousses. It can be enjoyed as a single glass with friends or loved ones thanks to its fullness and completeness.
