The aroma of peach blossom and fresh fruit are reconfirmed on tasting in the mouth, where the sweet taste of ripe fruit is perceived at the tip of the tongue, leaving an intense aroma of pleasant sensations.

Growing Conditions

The provenience of the grapes are from the hills of Valdobbaiden-Conegliano. This hills are Unesco Heritage and tehy are recognised worldwide

Winemaking

The vinification of thi wine is in white, without the skins ata controlled temperature of 16°C

Food Pairing

This type of wine with its harmonious and rounded flavour lends itself to being enjoyed as an aperitif in the company of friends and throughout the meal. The delicate flavours of this wine are paired by restaurateurs in the area with platters of local cheeses and salami.

Extra brut with the name "Pioniere" in honour of the winery's founder Guglielmo Bortolomiol, who was one of the pioneers in the production of sparkling wine in Valdobbiadene and in the promotion of this noble wine. The soil from which this Valdobbiadene D.o.c.g. comes has vines that are over 50 years old growing on a clayey, marly soil, which give it flavour and structure, necessary to balance its complete absence of residual sugar.

An oenological collaboration that has been maintained since the beginning of Gemin's adventure, a product composed of 100% pure Pinot Noir grapes with an important structure given by the natural acidity of this grape variety.

Valdobbiadene D.o.c.g. Prà dell'Ort is the first product with which Gemin, the founder, began his sparkling wine adventure in Valdobbiadene. The name of this wine comes from the location of the vineyard. The soil composition of the vineyard is medium-textured, with a strong predisposition to producing balanced and harmonious wines.

Produced exclusively from grapes of the youngest vineyards on the hillside. It is a type with pleasant connotations, due to the presence of a residual sugar level that is neither too dry nor too sweet.
