Dry Millesimato named "Madre Paola" in honour of the winery's owner, a woman with a strong character but at the same time sweet and delicate, like the characteristics that distinguish this wine. A Valdobbiadene D.o.c.g. with a soft bubble and high residual sugar perfectly balanced with acidity.

Produced exclusively with grapes from hillside vineyards. This typology has always been a flagship for Gemin, as it represents the best expression in terms of balance of the Valdobbiadene terroir.

Extra brut with the name "Pioniere" in honour of the winery's founder Guglielmo Bortolomiol, who was one of the pioneers in the production of sparkling wine in Valdobbiadene and in the promotion of this noble wine. The soil from which this Valdobbiadene D.o.c.g. comes has vines that are over 50 years old growing on a clayey, marly soil, which give it flavour and structure, necessary to balance its complete absence of residual sugar.

An oenological collaboration that has been maintained since the beginning of Gemin's adventure, a product composed of 100% pure Pinot Noir grapes with an important structure given by the natural acidity of this grape variety.

Valdobbiadene D.o.c.g. Prà dell'Ort is the first product with which Gemin, the founder, began his sparkling wine adventure in Valdobbiadene. The name of this wine comes from the location of the vineyard. The soil composition of the vineyard is medium-textured, with a strong predisposition to producing balanced and harmonious wines.

Produced exclusively from grapes of the youngest vineyards on the hillside. It is a type with pleasant connotations, due to the presence of a residual sugar level that is neither too dry nor too sweet.

The Cru di Valdobbiadene, the ultimate interpretation of the concept of terroir, that is the combination of the characteristics of the soil, the climate and the work carried out by man. The grapes grow on very old vineyards that create a sparkling wine in which minerality, acidity and residual sugar blossom in a perfect balance, giving this wine a unique elegance.
