This Cru presents a chalky note with a natural acidity that makes the drinking of this wine long and persistent.

Cartizze takes the name from one of the most vocated area of Valdobbiadene, the hills of Cartizze, a specific area located in valdobbiadene

Winemaking

The Vinification is made in white, whithout the skins at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.

Given the high sugar content, it is recommended to match this wine by concordance using sweetness as a parameter, so it is a perfect match for dry pastries, fruit tarts and desserts at the end of a meal.
