Conte CollaltoVinciguerraColli di Conegliano Rosso Riserva.
This red wine from the Conegliano hills certainly deserves the term traditional. A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Marzemino, it marries the spice and rich, dark-fleshed fruit of the first three grapes to Marzemino’s crisp freshness. It is precisely the traditional character of this wine that made us dedicate it to Vinciguerra I, Count of Collalto, who, in 1471 legally yielded the title of Count of Treviso, in order to retain just that of Count of Collato; in fact, he was the very first Count of Collalto.
