NCROCIO MANZONI ROSSO 2.15 ROSÈ COLLI TREVIGIANI I.G.P.

Incrocio Manzoni Moscato rosè. This rosé sparkling wine beguiles the taster first of all with its appearance, an utterly inimitable peony pink hue.

Colli di Conegliano Rosso Riserva. This red wine from the Conegliano hills certainly deserves the term traditional. A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Marzemino, it marries the spice and rich, dark-fleshed fruit of the first three grapes to Marzemino’s crisp freshness. It is precisely the traditional character of this wine that made us dedicate it to Vinciguerra I, Count of Collalto, who, in 1471 legally yielded the title of Count of Treviso, in order to retain just that of Count of Collato; in fact, he was the very first Count of Collalto.

Incrocio Manzoni rosa 1.5. A rare wine indeed, in which its two parent grape varieties, Trebbiano and Aromatic Traminer.

Prosecco Superiore DOCG extra brut Millesimato. This Prosecco extra brut is a nonpareil example of the most modern and innovative interpretations of this D.O.C.G. wine.

Incrocio Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13. The true standard bearer among the Treviso-area white wines, Incrocio Manzoni Bianco is a cross between White Riesling Renano and Pinot Blanc.

Incrocio Manzoni rosso 2.15. Collalto is proud of the leading position it has achieved in producing four of the Incrocio Manzoni varieties that have withstood the challenges of time and market tastes. That includes the 2.15 variety, usually called Manzoni Rosso, which is a cross between Glera and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Prosecco Superiore DOCG dry Millesimato. This style, the richest in terms of residual sugar, preserves the qualities classic to the grape variety, and makes possible a duet between the wine’s natural crispness and its silky smoothness, thus ensuring a near-magic balance between bouquet and palate.

CABERNET PIAVE DOC RISERVA A careful selection of the finest Cabernet grapes, from near-100-year-old vines grown in our iconic Torrai vineyard. The wine is given a very lengthy, carefully-monitored maturation in Slavonian oak tonneaux; the result is a wine of a deep, garnet-flecked ruby.

The history of our Wildbacher goes back as far as the 18th century, when Count Antonio Collalto planted this unusual grape variety on his properties. Because of its long presence here, then, the Wildbacher is considered to all extents and purposes a local native grape. Wildbacher is a superb exemplar of the quality that a native grape can offer and of the unique character that a specific terroir can yield.

Prosecco Superiore docg brut Millesimato. This version of Prosecco is that most deeply reflective of its land of origin and the most natural expression of the characteristics of the Glera grape.

Prosecco Superiore docg extra dry Millesimato. This is the most sought-after style in today’s marketplace, a wine that fully respects the character of its grape and terroir and at the same time satisfies the contemporary wine-lover, who desires ever-smoother wines.

semi-sparkling wine. Colli Trevigiani igp. This wine’s remarkable finely-focused acidic crispness marks it as one of the most characteristic and emblematic of the Treviso area.

Prosecco Superiore DOCG Sui Lieviti brut nature. Ottaviano, our sur lie (on the lees) sparkling wine, is made according to the “ancient method,” a process every bit as venerable as the roots of the Collalto family, which go as far back as 958, when King Berengarius granted the vineyards on Susegana’s hills to Rambaldo I, the family’s ancestor.
