Growing Conditions

Hillside vineyards between Conegliano and Farra di Soligo, on the

an altitude of 50/150 mt (164/492) a.s.l.

Harvest by hand in the month of September.

The winemaking process starts with a soft pressing of the grapes, static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature.
The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (cuvée close) at temperature controlled in contact selected yeasts and last approximately 60 days. The tartaric stabilization takes place at low temperature.

Straw yellow colour with greenish hues with a very fine and persistent perlage.
