Nose
Multi-layered and complex that reminds of green apple, pear, stone fruits enriched by delicate floral notes.
Palate
Very creamy and elegant perlage. Ample, vibrant and persistent aftertaste.
Growing Conditions
Estate-owned vineyards located in the Riva of Ogliano. The vineyard is cultivated on the oriental part, on the Ogliano hills, where there is a clayey soil with a lot of structure.
Harvest
Entirely by hand in Semptember.
Bottling
Isobaric after sterile filtration. The wine then, refines for roughly 3 months in the bottle.
Winemaking
The winemaking process starts with a soft pressing of grapes, static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (cuvée close) at temperature controlled in contact selected yeasts and last approximately 150 days. The tartaric stabilization takes place at low temperature.
Appearance
Brilliant pale straw yellow with greenish hues. Very fine and persistent perlage.
