Nose

Lovely and pleasant alternation of floral and fruity notes that
reminds of golden apple and pear.

Palate

Great balance between the softness of the residual sugars and the fresh, vibrant acidity. Pleasant and persistent aftertaste.

Growing Conditions

Estate-owned vineyards located in the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the “riva” of Collalto, at an altitude of 180 mt (590,5 feet) a.s.l

Harvest

Harvest by hand in the month of September.

Bottling

Isobaric after sterile filtration. The wine refines then in the bottle for roughly 2 months.

Winemaking

The winemaking process starts with a soft pressing of grapes, static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature.
The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (cuvée close) at temperature controlled in contact selected yeasts and last approximately 90 days. The tartaric stabilization takes place at low temperature.

Appearance

Straw yellow with greenish hues; very fine and persistent perlage.

Food Pairing

The fresh and harmonious taste with a savoury, elegant finish makes it perfect as an aperitif glass, to be proposed as an accompaniment for marinated fish or for seafood crudités.
