In the eastern part of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, BiancaVigna's Prosecco Rive di Ogliano is born. The vineyard, on the slope of the hill overlooking the town of Conegliano, is conducted in harmony with the land and environmentally sustainable viticulture; it produces a fruity and elegant wine, with a refined aromatic bouquet, dominated by white pulp fruit and harmonious on the palate, perfectly balanced between sapidity, acidity and bubbles. The glacial soil is very rich in skeleton and clay and this gives the wine a rounder body and a more intense character.

Very elegant and fine, this Prosecco is characterized by a good balance between softness and a sour-savoury sensation, which makes it easy to drink. Creamy and delicate perlage and charming fruity scents. Recommended as aperitif or with raw fish entrées.

Elegant and fresh wine that comes from the hillside vineyards between Conegliano and Farra di Soligo, on the border of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. appellation, at an altitude of 50/150 mt (164/492) a.s.l. Always crystal-clear with a nice note of white flowers, nice acidity on the palate and a silky perlage, this wine it's perfect as an aperitif and a good base for refined cocktails.

A light and pleasant salmon pink hue and a fine bubble, a perfect note of freshness and elegance emerges from this wine. Glera grapes give to this wine the typical aromas of golden apple and pear while a strong note of berries and floral scents are given from the Pinot Noir.

Prosecco Rive di Soligo comes from the steep hill of San Gallo, historic vineyard of the family, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area. The calcareous-rock composition of the terroir, which has ancient origins derived from the rise of the seabed, gives Prosecco Rive di Soligo a distinct mineral note. Fine and elegant, Rive di Soligo presents a magnificent clean nose with citrusy and fresh notes where flowers and crisp pears stand out.

Prosecco Rive di Collalto is named after the homonymous hill from which it cames from. This wine is very smooth and creamy, with a fine perlage, scents of yellow pulp fruit are enhanced in full harmony with the white flowers, among which stands out the hawthorn. The fresh and harmonious taste with a savoury, elegant finish makes it perfect as an aperitif glass, to be proposed as an accompaniment for marinated fish or, why not, for seafood crudités.

Our Sui Lieviti, or so-called “Vino col fondo” , is made as Prosecco once was, expression of ancient traditions of the hills of the denomination. Pleasantly dry with a remarkable freshness, this wine is perfect as an aperitif but also excellent to be drunk with main courses.
